Low Free (＜0.1%) Polyurethane PPDI/PTMEG Series LFPE3394
1. Description
LFPE3394 based on PPDl/PTMEG prepolymer with very low free TDI content, allows to obtain a none toxic polyurethane system and to reduce hazards during processing.
LF PPDI prepolymers with < 0.1% free isocyanate, offer elastomers designed to withstand extreme conditions where heat resistance, chemical resistance and superior dynamic mechanic properties that can not be served by standard polyurethane elastomers. Selected LF PPDI prepolymers can outperform HNBR at temperature as high as 150℃.
