1. Introduction

This product is polyurethane prepolymer which is based on polyether polyols and MDI, which is colorless or slight yellow transparent viscous liquid.

2. Application

It applies to make rubber tiles, which is used for paving kindergartens, excise yards and gyms etc.

3. Characteristics

• Good adhesive forces with rubber granules.
• The rubber tiles produced by this binder have high resilience, gas permeability and excellent physical mechanical property.
• Different colors wares can be regulated by adding different pigments, which can meet the requirement of IAAF (International Amateur Athletic Federation) standard.
• No stimulating odor during the process, of environmental protection.

4. Usage Method

According to the ratio of the following table to use, after sufficiently blending, then makes moulding wares.

5. Packing&Storage

200kg baking painted iron drum packing.

Store in a cool&dry and ventilated place.

Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep away from heat and water sources.

This product easily absorbs moisture and goes bad. If you can’t use it up at a time, fill nitrogen gas and then seal it. The storage time of original packing is 6 months.
