Quasi-MDI Polyester Polyurethane Prepolymer System
1. Introduction: This polyurethane prepolymer consists of three components A/B/C. Component A is Quasi-MDI polyester prepolymer which ended up with isocynate, Component B is polyester polyol, Component C is 1,4BDO.
2. Characteristic: The final product enjoys good anti resistance ability, good rebound. And the hardness can be adjusted by the different ratios. The color can be adjusted by pigment.
3. Application: This material is used to produce polyurethane sieves, pu rollers and other elastomers.
4. Storage: Keep the material in cool and dry place. Please use it up once drum is open. Or fill nitrogen and seal the drums for keeping the rest material. The shelf life in original package is 12 months.
5. Package: 20kg or 200kg per drum.
