UV-resistant transparent PU cast resin PU-302
1. Introduction
It applies to yellowing resistance CPU such as brand, bullet resistant glass and so on.
It can be used to make any transparent elastomer.
2. Characteristics
It is fit for anti-yellowing CPU in shore A50-90 which can achieve high transparency and good UV resistance.
3. Operation
A is colorless viscous liquid; B is colorless viscous liquid. Please mix A and B uniformly in 30-35 ℃,degas the mixing resin and cast into mould, then solidify in 50-70℃. It can be casted by hand or casting machine.
4. Storage
Store in cool and dry place. If you can’t use on drum up at a time, please inject nitrogen. The storage time of original packing is 6 months.
5. Packing
20kg/drum or as per customer’s requirement.
