Polyester TDI Polyurethane Prepolymers
1. Application: It applies to make rods, wheels, sealing ring, sieve plate, and other polyurethane elastomers.
2. Characteristics: The wares enjoys excellent abrasion resistance, good oil resistance, and nice mechanical property. The ware can be made into colorful by adding color pigment into PU prepolymer.
3. Operation points: After vacuum degassing at 80～85℃, blending with melted MOCA, degassing, and then casting, vulcanization molding. This is apply to manual or casting machine.
4. Storage: Store in dry and cool place. If you can’t use it up at one time, please fill nitrogen gas and then seal it. The shelf period of original packing is 6 months.
5. Packing: 20kg or 200kg drum
